Meet the RVM Staff

Our Assistant Pastor is Minister Gilbert Daly. He and his wife Lynette have been members at RVM for 26 years. His dedication to his faith and to the church is a strength that we all benefit from. He is an excellent Bible teacher, and currently instructs the Men’s Class during Education Hour on Sundays. Together he and Lynette have raised two adult children Clarissa and Christopher.

Sister Helen Hanna is our Communications Specialist. She coordinates and publishes our Monthly Church newsletter, “The Vision Builder”. She is also the Assistant to our First Lady, and a key part of our staff, providing photography and office support where needed. She and her mother, Marie Hanna, have been members at RVM for 17 years.

Brother Wally Spence is our Marketing and Advertising Specialist. He is the current President of the men’s group Men Of Vision Empowered (M.O.V.E.). He also serves as our resident “Gourmet Chef” at RVM, and manages the Audio-Technology Team. He is married to Monique, and has been a member at RVM for 17 years.

Minister Ulysses Davis is our Facilities Director and Audio Technician. He maintains the buildings to insure that the environment is a fresh, clean place to worship and minister. He also teaches the 10 – 12 year old class during the Education Hour on Sunday, and works on the Youth With A Vision Staff. He is married to Keturah, and they have a son Ulysses Jr., and a three daughters Kalicia, Ulani, and Lila.

Sister Natalie Hart is the Administrative Assistant for the church. She always has a smile on her face, and plays a vital role in our daily activities. She handles our correspondence to visitors, churches, the media and community contacts. She assists all of the auxiliaries in completing their administrative tasks. She teaches the 7 – 9 year old class during Education Hour on Sundays, and works with on the Youth With A Vision Staff. She is married to Stephen and they have twins, Sydney and Ethan. They have been members at RVM for 14 years.

Deacon David McFarlane is a charter member of our staff. He manages all of the financial business of the church. He has taught Sunday school for 20+ years and, is the Head Deacon at RVM. He is married to Pam, and together they share 2 daughters, Raguel and Dara.

Sister Cassandra Moss, is the Director of our Youth With A Vision Ministry. She oversees all of the youth activities, Youth Educational Hour, Vacation Bible School, and Annual Youth Banquet. She has been an active member of RVM for 20+ years and is an integral part of the sisters' ministry and the Voices of Inspirationa Praise. She is married to Mario Moss and together they share two children: Camari and Mario Jr.

Sister Monique Spence, is our Minister of Music and overseas all areas of Praise and Worship, Choir and our Dance ministry. She has been playing the piano for 20+ years. She is a charter member of RVM and assists in many other areas. She is married to Wally Spence and together they share 3 beautiful children Julian (our church drummer), Jourdan, and JeMia.
